1. Account and Privacy
Keep your sign-in details secure and notify support if you believe your account has been compromised. We process the account, service, security, and support data needed to provide and protect the service.
2. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, malicious, or rights-infringing activity.
- Follow the laws and rules that apply to you and to the location where the service is provided.
- We may restrict or terminate access when an account threatens the service or materially breaches these terms.
3. Plans and Payments
Plan duration, data allowance, usage limits, and pricing are shown before purchase. Cancellation or refund requests are handled according to applicable law and the portion of the service already delivered.
4. Changes and Support
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. If you have questions about your account or an order, contact support through the user center.
